Hi, I am Aryan Sohanpal, a dedicated Year 10 student at Bedford School. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I was fortunate to continue my education, but I was deeply affected by the many children who were not.
Recognising the severe impact of the digital divide on education, I founded Digital Aid Seva to address this issue. My team and I, are committed to bridging the gap in digital resources, starting in Bedfordshire and aiming to expand across England.
Our goal is to reach communities struggling with digital poverty and ensure every child has equal access to educational opportunities.
Recognising the importance of technology in education, Aryan felt compelled to act. From this sense of urgency, Digital Aid Seva was born, with a mission to bridge the digital divide. While urban areas like London’s Tower Hamlets have support systems in place, Aryan saw a need to extend this aid to underserved regions, beginning with his own county of Bedfordshire.
Starting in Bedfordshire, Digital Aid Seva aims to reach across England, addressing digital poverty in communities where children are often left behind in the digital age. By providing refurbished technology, we seek to ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed academically, regardless of their circumstances.
We are committed to erasing digital poverty, ensuring that all children, regardless of their location, have access to the digital tools they need to thrive. Digital Aid Seva is more than a charity; it’s a movement toward a more inclusive digital future.
