Empowering Digital Inclusion Through Technology

At Digital Aid Seva, our mission is to tackle digital poverty by recycling, reusing, and refurbishing technology. We focus on providing essential digital resources, like laptops, to schools and individuals in need, ensuring that every child has access to the tools required for success in today’s digital world.

How We Operate Circular Technology

 

  • Retrieve - All your eWaste including devices, desktops, cabling and telephony will be collected by Telefone Resources. 
  • Review - The eWaste will be sorted for devices and components that can be repurposed. 
  • Refurbish - All devices will data cleaned in line with the WEEE standards/regulations and refurbished in preparation for reuse. 
  • Recycle - eWaste that cannot be repurposed, refurbished or reused will be safely recycled by a local eWaste recycling company. Any monies gained will go back into Digital Aid Seva.  
  • Reassign - Individuals and schools identified for devices will be assigned their refurbished technology.

How You Can Support Our Mission

You can make a significant impact by giving new life to unwanted IT equipment. By donating your e-waste, you help us provide vital resources to those who lack access to technology. Our partner, Telefone Resources, are WEEE-regulated and will handle the collection, cleansing, and refurbishing of your devices within Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) regulations, ensuring they are ready for use by schools and individuals in need.
